Terms of Use — One More Life

1. One More Life ("the app") is a fictional life simulation game built from real statistics. Its people, events and outcomes are stories made from statistics — not real people, not judgements of any country or group, and not medical, legal or financial advice.

2. The app is free to use and shows ads. Some features may be paid; payments and refunds follow Google Play's policies.

3. Text you write yourself, such as an album dedication, must not infringe others' rights or break the law. We may hide or remove public albums that are reported or inappropriate.

4. The app and its content (text, pictures, sound and software) belong to us and their rightful owners. Please do not copy, distribute or reverse-engineer them beyond personal use.

5. We may change or update the app or end the service. If paid entitlements remain when the service ends, we will give notice in advance and handle them as the law requires.

6. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by device failure, network problems or device mismanagement (such as lost saved records).
